What courier companies do we use?
We offer two shipping methods in most countries. Courier companies are usually faster and more expensive while the Czech post is usually slower and cheaper. In both cases, you can track your shipment using your tracking numbers.

We send parcels almost everywhere in the world including USA, UK etc..

To see available courier companies/prices just add desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout and fill in your country.

We do not ship to the countries where the shipping is problematic or impossible - Russia, Ukraine.

Due to technical reasons and applicable legal regulations, we ship to the United Kingdom only orders exceeding EUR 170 (total price incl. shipping).
How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically synchronized with the current pricelists of courier companies. They depend on the total weight of goods and the destination address.

In the case of transport outside the European Union, transport companies sometimes charge VAT, customs duty and a customs processing fee before/on delivery. These fees are out of our control and may vary depending on the destination country but also depending on which customs office is currently processing the package. It is not included in shipping paid in our store. They are usually either 0 or varying around 25% of the price of the order.

We ship worldwide. Our business plan is based on direct sales to end customers (B2C). This approach allows us to keep margins low and prices reasonable. Nonetheless, we have established partnerships with resellers in select countries to ensure that shipping costs remain affordable for customers located far from Europe. Product availability at selected reseller is shown under the product picture.

I am from the EU and I do have a valid VAT number. How to buy your products without paying VAT?

To exclude VAT, please just fillin your VAT number in the shopping cart. If your VAT is valid, you will see the VAT excluded price at the checkout.

My currency is USD. How much will it cost in USD?

We do use PayPal payment gateway. You will pay in USD and PayPal will convert it to EUR.

I do not have PayPal account. How can i pay with Mastercard/Visa?

We do use PayPal payment gateway. This gateway support the Card payment without PayPal account as well as payment with PayPal balance. Just click at the Card provider symbol, or click at the Pay with paypal and in pop-up window click at the "pay with card". It is placed under the "login" button.
